We may disclose personal information to the original creditor or current owner of the account, service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, mail and email vendors), consumer reporting agencies where permitted by law, and government authorities or other parties as required by law.
Sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights. California residents have the right to: (1) request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (2) request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions; (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (5) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
